Be a rebel with this neon pink UV hair dye! This is the most head-turning pink within our collection and pop's in both natural light and blacklight. You will be the talk of the party with this look! For the best results, lighten your hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before application.
Do not mix with peroxide. To ensure the color is as expected, test on a small swatch before application. For best results apply to pre-lightened / bleached hair. Directions: After shampooing, towel dry hair and apply Crazy Color® evenly over hair (wear gloves). Leave for 15-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
